Teens

We have provided more than 8,500 teens with the opportunity to develop critical college, career, and life skills through formal training, continuous support and meaningful paid tutoring jobs. While our teens are entrusted with helping struggling students become proficient readers, we proudly provide opportunity for teens to also develop essential skills to support their future success.

Teen participation in the workforce has declined over the past decade, and currently stands at an all time low, particularly for kids in disadvantaged communities. We tackle this challenge head on, providing hundreds of teens of all different ages with paid jobs.
